Getting Started
Answer : With a free thirty-minute assessment. A tutor spends half an hour with the student, works out where the actual gap is, and we send you a written plan and an individual quote. There is no charge and no obligation to continue.
Answer : Usually within a week of the assessment. Popular evening slots in maths and the sciences fill first, so if you need a specific time it is worth asking early.
Answer : Yes, most often in maths and languages. The approach is the same: find the gap, close it, then build on it.
Answer : That is common and it is exactly what the assessment is for. Families regularly book one subject and leave with a recommendation for a different one.

Sessions And Scheduling
Answer : Forty-five, sixty or ninety minutes. Younger students do better with shorter sessions; exam preparation usually needs ninety.
Answer : Yes. Continuity does a lot of the work, and a tutor who remembers last week does not waste time re-establishing where you got to.
Answer : At any time, and it costs nothing. A mismatch is a normal thing to happen and we would much rather fix it than have you quietly stop coming.
Answer : Twenty-four hours notice and there is no charge. Holidays and exam weeks can be paused without losing your regular slot.
Answer : Short, specific tasks that fit around school work. Homework nobody has time to do is worse than none, so we keep it small enough to actually get done.

Pricing
Answer : Because the same hour is not the same work. Level, session length, format, frequency and urgency all change what is involved. We quote after we understand what the student needs.
Answer : Book the free assessment. The written quote arrives with the plan, and you are under no obligation to accept it.
Answer : None. No registration fee, no minimum block, no notice period and no charge for materials or past papers.
Answer : Per student, yes. It is the right choice where discussion helps, such as English and languages, and less suitable for a student who needs undivided attention.

Trust And Safeguarding
Answer : Every tutor has a current enhanced background check, verified qualifications, two references taken up and a live teaching trial before they meet a student.
Answer : Yes, for in-person sessions, and online sessions can be recorded on request. Most students settle better once they are used to the tutor, but the choice is yours.
Answer : No, and we would be careful of anyone who does. We can promise preparation, honest feedback and a plan. The exam is not ours to control.
Answer : No. We are tutors, not assessors. If we notice something that looks like it needs a formal assessment we say so and suggest you speak to the school or a qualified specialist.
Thirty minutes with a tutor, no charge and no obligation. We find out where the gaps actually are and send you a written plan.
GET IN TOUCHSend it through the form. A person who actually teaches reads every message and replies in writing.
