These terms govern the tutoring services provided by Viatec Group s.r.o.: one-to-one and small group tutoring, test preparation and learning support, delivered in person or online. They apply from the moment you accept a written quote and book a paid session.

1. What We Provide

We provide supplementary tutoring. We are not a school, an examination board, a childcare provider or a diagnostic service. We do not assess or diagnose learning differences, and we do not replace the responsibilities of a school.

2. Booking And Pricing

The initial thirty-minute assessment is free and carries no obligation. Prices are not published because level, session length, format, frequency and urgency all change the work involved. After the assessment you receive a written plan and an individual quote, and tutoring begins only once you have accepted it.

There is no registration fee, no minimum block of sessions and no notice period for ending tutoring.

3. Scheduling And Cancellation

• Sessions are booked into a regular weekly slot wherever possible.
• Cancellation with at least twenty-four hours notice is free of charge.
• Cancellation with less notice, or a student who does not attend, may be charged in full.
• If we cancel a session, it is rescheduled at no cost or refunded, whichever you prefer.
• Slots can be paused for school holidays and exam periods without being lost.

4. Tutor Matching And Changes

We match a tutor after the assessment and keep the same tutor for continuity. You may request a different tutor at any time, for any reason or none, at no cost. Where a tutor becomes unavailable we offer a replacement or a refund of any unused balance.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the student's level, needs and any relevant support already in place.
• Ensure a suitable environment for the session, including a quiet space and a working device for online tutoring.
• Ensure an adult is contactable during sessions with a student under sixteen.
• Tell us promptly if something is not working, so we can address it during the term rather than after it.

6. Conduct And Safeguarding

All tutors hold current background checks and follow our safeguarding policy. Online sessions may be recorded on request by a parent. We may end tutoring immediately, with a refund of unused sessions, where behaviour towards a tutor is abusive or where continuing would be unsafe for either party.

7. No Guarantee Of Results

We do not guarantee any grade, score or examination outcome, and nothing on this website should be read as such a guarantee. Results depend on the student, the school, the examination and factors outside anyone's control. What we commit to is preparation, honest feedback and a written plan.

8. Materials

Worksheets, plans and notes we produce are provided for the personal use of the student they were made for. They may not be resold, published or distributed to other students or organisations. Past papers and published materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Payment

Sessions are invoiced as agreed in your written quote, normally monthly in arrears or per block in advance. Late payment may lead to sessions being paused, and we will always tell you before that happens rather than simply cancelling.

10. Liability

Our liability in connection with tutoring is limited to the fees paid for the sessions concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination outcomes or missed school deadlines. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Viatec Group s.r.o. is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live.
